1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally with D to the Plaintiff KRW 67,939,50 and the interest rate thereon from February 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice) is based on each of the following grounds: (a) the creditor is deemed the plaintiff and the debtor; and (b) D among the same debtor, the payment order became final and conclusive by Osan District Court 2013j3667.
