1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from December 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On February 1, 2008, the Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s introduction, invested KRW 200,000,000 in our industrial development company, but failed to recover the amount of investment. On December 1, 2008, the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the amount of outstanding investment in subrogation of the development of our industry. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the said amount of investment KRW 200,000,000 and the delay damages.
