A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant, B, C, D, and E are those confined in each Busan Correctional Institution; F is the dynamics of B; G is D; H is a person who terminated the execution of the sentence and released from the Busan Correctional Institution on August 25, 201.
1. A tobacco-related crime (defendants, B, E, and D) committed by F around November 2012, F: (a) concealed tobacco dust (60 does) by the horse in the middle of the island without permission for the purpose of delivering it to B on November 201, 2012 by dividing it into six pages of the island cover; and (b) sent it to K, who is the representative of the Busan prison work site, the Busan prison work site, and carried it into the Busan prison on the 15th of the same month; and (c) made the said K enter the Busan prison on the 16th of the same month.
No one shall carry in liquor, tobacco, cash, or check to a correctional institution, or carry, use, receive, exchange, or conceal them.
Nevertheless, around November 15, 2012, B received from K to December 2, 2012, from the time it received a house sent by K, and thereafter smoked in the L toilet on the upper floor of the 2nd floor of the 2nd floor of the Busan Correctional Institution, and the Defendant received the tobacco carried in from the above B on November 15, 2012, and then smoked several times in the toilet on the 2nd floor of the Busan Correctional Institution, from that time until December 2, 2012.
2. A tobacco-related crime (Defendant, C, and D) committed by H around February 5, 2013, which was brought into the Busan Prison (hereinafter “Defendant, C, and D”) was concealed as one of the three pieces of tobacco (36 pieces of tobacco) for the purpose of delivery to C by receiving a request from C admitted to the Busan Correctional Institution on January 5, 2013, and then sent the tobacco to K, who is the representative of the Busan Correctional Institution’s work site “J”, and then let C enter the Busan Correctional Institution by using the vehicle of prison work products around February 5, 2013.
Any person shall pay liquor, tobacco, cash, or check.
