Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

A. On September 21, 2013, at around 21:25, the Defendant driving a B K5 car under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license on the section of approximately 40 meters from the 40-meter radius to the road front of the bus store located in the Gu-dong Government-dong in the same day from the 21:30 on the same day from the 21:30 on September 9, 2013.

B. On May 18, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document and revoked a car driving license on the following grounds: (a) after causing human traffic accidents; and (b) failing to take measures and to file a report.

C. Around September 21, 2013, the Defendant’s event of the instant investigation document was a crackdown on drunk driving before the Government-dong 176-13 U.S. bus stores, i.e., the Government-dong 176-30, 2013.

Accordingly, the E District Racing did not know the forgery, showing the forged international driver's license (International Driving Pmit) as a document duly formed, and exercised it.
