1. The defendant jointly and severally with the non-party A and the plaintiff KRW 107,853,085 and KRW 75,720,893 among them, shall be jointly and severally with the non-party A and the plaintiff on November 7, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "debtor" to be "Defendant". 2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (However, as Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, part of damages for delay is dismissed).
