A shall be punished by a fine of three million won, by a fine of 1.5 million won, and by a fine of two million won.

1. On December 26, 201, at around 23:53, December 26, 2011, Defendant C, in collusion with Defendant E, by deceiving the victim over 70 times in the same way as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (74), by deceiving the sum of KRW 6,510,062 won of the fuel subsidy, by deceiving the victim through the Franchising 269,80 won at the market price of 269,80,000, the Defendant: (a) using the aforementioned fuel subsidy management system, the Defendant used it to receive the fuel subsidy of KRW 89,976 from the victim’s competent authorities; and (b) from this point to June 17, 2012, the Defendant received the fuel subsidy by deceiving the victim over 70 times in the same way as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (74).

2. On October 25, 201, at around 11:38, 201, Defendant A conspired with E, and then, at the Gwangju Northern-gu, Defendant: (a) placed in the G cargo vehicle, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 500,00,00,00, including E, into the G cargo vehicle driving by the Defendant; (b) fabricated the details of credit card sales as if he had passed through the G cargo vehicle; (c) the Defendant used it to receive a fuel subsidy of KRW 96,867 from the competent authority of the victim through the aforementioned pay subsidy management system; and (d) received the fuel oil or fake transit from the victim to June 19, 2012 in the same manner, by deceiving the victim over 107 times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (83).

3. On November 2, 201, at around 18:17, 201, Defendant B conspired with Defendant E, the 9th roads of the Hanam-gu Busan Mine Complex, the 256liter market price of 448,050 won, including, but not limited to, the Plaintiff, using the aforementioned oil subsidy management system, manipulates the details of credit card sales as if he/she had a limited liability for transit on the Horse 256liter market price of 258,050 won. The Defendant used the aforementioned oil subsidy management system to receive 85,809 won of fuel subsidies from the competent administrative agency and, at this time, received 84,09 won of fuel subsidies from the competent administrative agency from June 15, 2012.
