1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on April 12, 2017, as a foreigner of the Republic of Ethiopia’s Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (hereinafter “Ethiopia”), who is a national of the Republic of Ethiopia (hereinafter “Ethiopia”).
B. On April 25, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application for recognition of refugee status with the Defendant, but on April 4, 2018, the Defendant rendered a disposition for recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a risk of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).
C. The Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition on May 3, 2018, and filed an objection with the Minister of Justice. However, the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on November 29, 2018.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion continued to accept the Plaintiff’s request to join the home area B political party from the time he/she attends the university due to Amalra (Amra).
The plaintiff refused such a demand and did not join the Egypt B political party, and Ethiopia may arrest and detain a person who is not a party member of Ethiopia B, regarded as a terrorist list, and may kill him/her if he/she is in mind.
In fact, the plaintiff is a minimum administrative unit of the Kenya (Kebele) for the reason that he/she does not join a house B political party.
The administrative unit of Ethiopia consists of “Reg - Zone - Woreda - Kebele” order.
