[Defendant B]

The Defendants of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, operated a licensed real estate agent office in Eunpyeong-gu (hereinafter referred to as “D real estate”), posted an advertisement “in exchange for subscription” in the daily information page, and conspired to divide profits therefrom by resale of the winning sales right upon receiving winning winning the winning sales right. The Defendants: (a) purchased a certificate of occupants’ savings (hereinafter referred to as “written subscription passbook”) from those who reported and contacted the purchase; and (b) disguised the account holders into the apartment sales area; (c) forged public documents, such as resident registration, abstract, and family relation certificate, in order to increase the number of dependants through “E”, a document forged in China; and (d) submitted them as required documents for the application for subscription, thereby increasing the number of dependants; and (b) submitted them to submit it as required documents for the application for subscription, and then

In collusion with the above “E”, the Defendants: (a) had the owner of the deposit passbook, who is the nominal owner of the subscription passbook, committed an attempt to forge the official document, such as an abstract of the resident registration card, in order to use the document to acquire the ownership of “H apartment” in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

On October 11, 2017, the Defendants: (a) purchased the subscription passbook from the above F in the office of the licensed real estate agent “D real estate”; (b) stored public documents such as the abstract of the resident registration card transferred from the above F; (c) sent the file in e-mail to the said E; and (d) the above “E” forged the abstract of the resident registration card in the name of the head of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Government, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the address column No. 1 in the address column of the F, although the F’s spouse had not been transferred to the address other than I but the F, the Defendants conspired with the above Defendants, and forged the abstract of the resident registration card in the name of the head of the Ku-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and No. 4 address column.
