Of the instant lawsuit, the part concerning the claim for revocation of the decision non-disclosure on April 13, 2020 shall be dismissed.
2. The defendant is against the plaintiff on July 13, 2020.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 16, 2020, the public prosecutor of the Busan District Public Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint with B on charges of violating the Copyright Act (Evidence insufficient). (b) On April 3, 2020, the Plaintiff filed a request with the Defendant for disclosure of information on the investigation records of the case No. 10878, in particular, including the records of the investigation records of the case No. 2020, No. 10878, which managed the personal information non-disclosure (including the records, No. 315, and the records prepared and delivered by the witness to the complainant) and the records of interrogation, statement of witnesses, and list of records, which are included in the transfer of the police (Article 287, No. 315, and the list of records). Accordingly, on April 13, 2020, the Defendant disclosed the Plaintiff's statement among the witness's statements to the Plaintiff, and on April 13, 2020, the remaining information of the public institution constituted a non-disclosure under Act No. 16.

The plaintiff filed an appeal against the non-prosecution disposition stated in the above paragraph (a), and received a decision to dismiss the appeal on June 22, 2020 (2020 High Court Order No. 1047). D.
On July 1, 2020, the Plaintiff requested on July 1, 2020 to disclose to the Defendant “information in the form of electronic document” (hereinafter “information in this case”) all documents, such as the entire records pertaining to the instant case, the resident registration number, occupation, dwelling, permanent domicile, contact address, etc. of the suspect and reference person, the statement of reference person, the statement of reference person, the documents to be submitted to the suspect, and the various documents included in the police transfer statement (including the records 287, the records 315, and the records prepared and delivered by reference person to the complainant), the record list, the transfer statement of the case, etc., and the Defendant on July 13, 2020.
