1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,121,920 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is employed by the Defendant who conducts painting construction business, etc. and works for the period from October 1, 2010 to February 25, 2015.
The Defendant retired from office. The Defendant stated the Plaintiff’s wage of KRW 16,800,00 and retirement allowance of KRW 12,321,920 as KRW 13,321,920 on the cause of the claim, but this appears to be a clerical error of KRW 12,321,920.
In sum, 29,121,920 won is unpaid.
B. Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the above 29,121,920 won and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the 14th day from the retirement day to the day after full payment is made.
