Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 1010]
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) from around 00:0 on April 30, 2016 to around 06:00 on the house of the victim D with the victim D of the second floor C2, 06:0, 00, the Defendant entered the wall to take part of the wall with cash 600,000 won left by using the crepan in which the victim was locked, and then went to the wall; and (b) from then to June 4, 2016, the Defendant corrected it ex officio by correcting it by stating that the damage 9 was a 150,000 won of the daily list of crimes in attached Form (1) of the List of Crimes, but is clearly written that the damage 147,00 won was a clerical error in the register of crimes in KRW 147,00.
The property amounting to 5,359,000 won was stolen over 11 times in total.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by intrusion upon the residence of a person at night over a total of 11 times.
2. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, and went beyond the fenced in E’s house F for the second floor victim F of E Housing, and tried to open a room and to intrude into the house, but the Defendant did not have any intention on the wind, i.e., the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.
Accordingly, the defendant had invaded upon a human habitation at night and attempted to steals another's property.
[2016 Highest 1052] From around 00:00 on May 2, 2016 to around 04:00 to around 04:00, the Defendant got into the house of the victim I located in He in a dry-water city and went into the house of the victim I, and did not lock the house, and then take 100,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession of the clothes, from the clothes where the victim was locked by using the cresh in which the victim was locked.
From June 3, 2016 to June 3, 2016, the victims had a total of seven times cash amounting to KRW 2,913,00,00, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table (2).
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
[2016 Highest 1206] The Defendant came to reach the second floor in the J house around 02:35 on May 17, 2016.
