A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving C 100cc.
At around 20:00 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a scamb above the scamb, and proceeded with a one-lane road in front of the scambal village in the scambalian-ri, scam-ri.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated C 100cc Oral c which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
