A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant, a Russia national foreigner, was not a narcotics handler, the Defendant arranged or smoked for the marijuana resin (one’s name “mash”).
1. Assistance in trading marijuana resin;
A. On February 2020, the Defendant: (a) received a request from a police officer of the mid-20th of February, 2020 to request a seller of the mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari (hereinafter “C”); (b) requested a seller of the mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-Ma (hereinafter “C”); (c) introduced the “C” on the roads adjacent to Pyeongtaek Mari-si from around 21:00 to around 01:00 the following day to purchase B 20 thousand
As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of a shsh.
B. On March 2020, the Defendant: (a) accepted the request from B to make a break from the first week or the second week at a place in which it is not possible to request the sale of the said “C”; (b) introduced the said “C” to B on the roads near Pyeongtaek-si from around 21:00 on the same day to around 02:00 on the following day; and (c) made B purchase of the said “C” in cash of KRW 300,000.
As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of a shsh.

On March 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) accepted the request from B to make a break of sea at a closed place on March 22, 2020; (b) requested the sale to C; and (c) introduced the name and non-specific male in receipt of the above “C” order from B on the roads adjacent to Pyeongtaek-si D; and (d) demanded B to purchase the 100,000 won in cash of B by introducing the name and non-specific male in receipt of the above “C” order from B at around 2:30 on the same day.
As a result, the defendant assisted the trade of a shsh.
2. Smoking in marijuana resin;
A. On February 2020, the Defendant, along with the Defendant committed the crime, posted 1-A, at the time, at the place specified in B’s paragraph (a), 2-g of the sheeted 1-2 g of the year he purchased, on a wooden salted so as to put it up into an empty plastic pest by burning it, and then spread it.
