2. 피해자 D에 대한 사기 피고인은 2012. 12. 7.경 인터넷 사이트 네이버 중고나라에 “빕스 모바일 상품권을 판매하겠다.”는 내용의 글을 게시하고, 같은 날 이를 보고 연락을 해 온 피해자 D에게, 사실은 대금을 지급받더라도 위 물품을 보내 줄 의사나 능력이 없음에도 불구하고, “51,000원을 송금해주면 물품을 보내주겠다.”고 거짓말을 하였다.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 51,00 won for goods from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

3. Around December 17, 2012, the Defendant against the victim E posted a false statement to the effect that “18K plling will be sold” on the Internet site NVER, and on the same day, reported it to the victim E, who had no intent or ability to send the said goods even if payment is made, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “521,300 won will be sent upon the transfer of the said goods.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 521,300 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired the money by fraud.
