2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Defendant is an incorporated school foundation established under the Private School Act, and the Plaintiff is a student attending a college of Cuniversity operated by the Defendant on March 2, 2015.

B. Around March 2017, 2017, the C University Internet community survey was conducted by each college’s college’s malutical behavior, and thereafter, 11 students from the medical college were sent a notice to the effect that there was a response to sexually speaking of the students after the students of the college. On April 5, 2017 and April 6, 2017, C University Gender Equality Counseling Office (hereinafter “Sexual Gender Equality Counseling Office”), “I want to exchange the Plaintiff’s medical college’s 15th, and 21 students from the medical college’s college’s 15th, 200, and 15th, and 16th, from May 17, 2016, to the effect that I want to exchange the Plaintiff’s sexually speaking with the other students, “I wish to make a notification.”

C. Since then, the Cuniversity gender equality counseling room and gender equality committee (hereinafter “gender Equality Committee”) investigated and deliberated on the aforementioned irregularities reported, and then requested the Cuniversity Student Disciplinary Committee (hereinafter “Student Disciplinary Committee”) to conduct an investigation and deliberate on disciplinary action against the Cuniversity students.

On June 19, 2016, the Student Disciplinary Committee passed a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff, “90 days of abandonment and 40 hours of gender-sensitive education,” and the Defendant took disciplinary action against the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”) in accordance with the above decision on the same day.

The Plaintiff requested a review on the above disciplinary action, and the Student Disciplinary Committee again deliberated on it and changed the commencement date of the disciplinary action on August 9, 2017 to August 14, 2017.
