1. Defendant A, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) hires 7 rooms in Busan Maritime Transportation-Ftel, and uses 3 rooms as well as employees’ accommodation, 4 rooms as well as 3 female employees, including I, for the purpose of performing sex acts. Defendant C is a person who supplies and manages the above H with female employees.
No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic, or conduct sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising money, valuables or other property benefits.
Nevertheless, from March 1, 2015 to May 17:00, 2015, the Defendants: (a) conspired in collusion with an unspecified person having access to the said Ftel A-627 from March 1, 2015 to May 17:0, 2015; (b) received 60,000 won in cash from the said Ftel A-623, 624, and 626.
