A. The Plaintiff (the Plaintiff) comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of Korea Land and Housing Corporation under Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act on October 1, 2009.

We do not distinguish between Korea Land Corporation and the Plaintiff, and all plaintiffs.

The former Housing Site Development Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 7921, Mar. 24, 2006; hereinafter the same shall apply)

Pursuant to Article 48 of the former Special Act on the Construction of Bogeumjari Housing, etc. (amended by Act No. 10764, May 30, 201; Act No. 12251, Jan. 14, 2014; Act No. 13498, Aug. 28, 2015; Act No. 13498, Aug. 28, 2015; hereinafter the same shall apply), the project district was converted into a public housing zone under Article 209-97 of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.

The project district of this case shall not be distinguished from before and after the conversion of the project district;
