Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On August 18, 2013, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with Jindo EXE at approximately KRW 5km from the Jindo located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do to the south Changdong-ri, located in the same Goyang-ri, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-do, to the front side of the signal line for the extension of approximately 0.219% of alcohol alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol level 0.219%.
