On September 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around Sckis in Ansan-si B, around 20:20 on September 20, 2019, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, went back to her home without any particular reason, he/she was injured by the son-gu victim D(the age of 47) with her hand, and was inflicted on the victim, who was walking the victim’s scam and the scam at hand, with approximately four weeks of treatment.

In light of the relevant legal provisions on criminal facts and Article 257(1) of the Criminal Act’s Article 257(1) of the Selection of Punishment Act, the Defendant is sentenced to six months of imprisonment or two years of suspension of execution as a crime of damaging public goods, and the Defendant was punished by a fine as a result of committing violent crimes during the said suspension period, in addition to the instant case, the Defendant was punished for the said crime, and there was only two times of the suspicion of assault against the said victim (the victim was subject to a disposition that he/she was not subject to the right of prosecution by expressing his/her intention of not to punish him/her).

However, the fact that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant shall be considered as favorable circumstances to the defendant, and the punishment shall be determined as ordered in consideration of various sentencing conditions, including the age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances before and after the crime, and circumstances before and after the crime
