A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

B is an insurance solicitor of the 7th floor in Seoul C C building, and the defendant A was a victim E's legal person, and the defendants conspired to forge and exercise the insurance contract with the victim as the insured.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On April 10, 2014, the Defendants: (a) entered the G hotel 2 G hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F in order to exercise; (b) entered the instant contract with the victim E in the form of an offer for the integrated CI insurance contract, which was prepared by the Defendant B, without any delegation from the victim E to enter into the said integrated CI insurance contract; and (c) entered the said contract with the Defendant E’s signature in the name column of the insured.

B. On June 24, 2015, the Defendants: (a) around G hotel 2 G hotel page located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) for the purpose of exercising, the Defendants: (c) did not have been entrusted by the victim E to enter into an insurance contract for a multi-use social integration type; (d) did not have been entrusted by the victim E to enter into an insurance contract for a multi-use social integration type; (e) written the application form for a contract for a multi-use social integration type insurance prepared by Defendant B using the writing form by Defendant A entered “E” in the insured sex name column; and (e) forged the said contract with the signature of E.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. On April 10, 2014, at D points in Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Building D, Defendants issued forged insurance contracts, such as the entry in paragraph 1(a), as if they were duly formed, to employees under the name-free circumstance, and exercised them.

B. On June 24, 2015, the Defendants issued a forged insurance contract, such as paragraph 1-b, at D points in the 7th floor of the Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building, as described in paragraph 1-b, to an employee who does not know of the fact and exercised the contract as if it were duly formed.
