On November 5, 2014, at around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) within the Msandong Police Station located in the Msandong Police Station B, Masan-si, Masan-si; (b) on November 4, 2014, at around 22:42, a prior official elementary school, sought a penalty payment notification from C police box D, who was issued a penalty payment notification; and (c) found it on the above C police box in the state of being taken away; and (d) returned to the C police box, which was a governmental office, for about 10 minutes; (c) on November 5, 2014, the Defendant found the box to have been avoided the revocation box; (d) on November 5, 2014, at around 03:0, the Defendant returned to the C police box and sent it again to C: 10 minutes during the period of delivery to the prison.
