However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant forged a copy of the real estate lease agreement with respect to rights and obligations under the name of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, stating “B”, “C,00,000”, and “C” in the lessor column in the column of the site for the real estate lease agreement in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant arbitrarily affixed a seal.

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the victim E located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, provided a forged real estate lease agreement as collateral to the victim, as set forth in paragraph 1 at the office of the victim E located in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and provided a false statement stating that “The Defendant shall pay the amount of KRW 10 million,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.”

However, the real estate lease contract is a forged contract as provided in paragraph 1, and the defendant was entering into a lease contract with a deposit of one million won, one million won per month, and two million won per month with respect to the two sides of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and even if he borrowed money from the injured party, he did not have any intent and ability to complete the lease even if he did not borrow money from the injured party.

The defendant received KRW 10 million from the injured party on the same day, and he/she paid KRW 10 million to the injured party on August 1, 2016, but he/she borrowed KRW 5 million additionally to the injured party on August 1, 2016.

A false statement shall be paid KRW 5 million, and an additional KRW 3 million shall be loaned on the 24th day of the same month and shall be repaid in a lump sum.

It received 3 million won by making a false statement.

After all, the defendant, by using a forged private document, led the victim to deception, and received 18 million won from the victim to receive 3 times.
