Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “The Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation for the Victims of Both Motor Vehicles,” which was held by the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation at the plaza located in the Jung-gu Seoul metropolitan area from around 16:10 to around 17:25, May 19, 2012.
On May 19, 2012, from around 17:25 to 18:15 the same day after the completion of the assembly, the Defendant moved along with approximately 3,50 participants in other assemblies to the front of the Seoul Square, going through a sublime, going ahead of the Seoul Square. From around 18:15 to 18:58 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the vehicle by holding the vehicle in front of the front direction of the Seoul Square and holding the road in front of the Seoul Square.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On June 16, 2012, the control point for the pair of general traffic obstruction (hereinafter referred to as the "bridge") that runs from June 16, 2012 to June 17:05, from June 16, 2012 to June 16, 2012, from June 14:10 to June 16, 201, to the above Seoul square.
6. On 17., a demonstration called 'Seoul Down-do Down' was held.
The defendant, together with approximately 1,50 participants in other demonstrations, above the above 6.16.
6. Participation in 17:10 from June 16, 2012 to 14:57, while moving along the lane prior to the running direction of the road in front of the said culture horse to the front of the ELN Building. From 15:35 to 15:45 on the same day, the vehicle traffic was obstructed by moving out the way prior to the driving direction of the road adjacent to the ELNS building located in the ELNS Seoul Mapo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and moving out to the front direction of the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office. From 16:10 to 16:24 on the same day, the vehicle traffic was obstructed by moving out the way prior to the driving direction of the road in front of the opposite direction of the road in front of the front of the road in front of the Shigu-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the demonstration and interfered with the traffic on the land.
