1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 28, 2018 to January 24, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 20 million in consideration of various circumstances, such as the content, degree and period of the misconduct committed by the defendant and C, the marriage period and family relationship of the plaintiff and C, and the influence of the defendant's improper act on the plaintiff's common life.
3. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
