1. The defendant shall pay 42,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 19, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including paper numbers), the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with fish feed from July 28, 2015 to September 22, 2015, and the Defendant’s price for the goods unpaid as of September 30, 2015 is KRW 42.7 million. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 19, 2017 to September 22, 2015, as sought by the Plaintiff, the amount of the goods unpaid by the Defendant as of September 30, 2015 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 42.7 million won per annum from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of full payment.
