1. 특수 상해 피고인은 2016. 7. 17. 경 광주 서구 C에 있는 피해자 D( 여, 46세) 과 함께 동거하는 집에서 술에 취하여 피해자와 말다툼하다가 화가 나 위험한 물건인 삼각형 쇠자( 각 변의 길이 약 15cm, 두께 약 1mm) 로 피해자의 머리를 때리려고 하다가 이를 막기 위해 손을 드는 피해자의 손가락을 맞추고, 손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 벽에 찧어 피해자에게 치료 일수 불상의 좌측 제 3수 지부 원위 부 지골 골절 등의 상해를 가하였다.
