On June 23, 2014, from around 21:20 to 22:30 of the same day, the Defendant demanded the victim to pay the drinking value from the "Dju shop operated by the victim C" in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and caused the victim to take a bath to the other customers who wished to do so, and made the other customers who were in the place of the business to take a disturbance, such as paying the drinking value.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's business by force.
