Reasons
1. The Plaintiff filed a petition for bankruptcy with the Incheon District Court Decision 2016Hadan3945, and filed a petition for immunity with the Supreme Court Decision 2016Ma3944, and was granted immunity on August 28, 2017.
However, the plaintiff did not know that he was liable to the defendant and did not include the defendant in the list of creditors when applying for bankruptcy and exemption.
Therefore, the effect of immunity on the plaintiff extends to the defendant's obligations.
