1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the award column in the attached list of damages compensation statement and each of the above amounts.
1. Basic facts
A. Around July 1968, the investigation, trial, and enforcement of a sentence against the deceased (1) Z, AA, AB, AD, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AI, AJ, AK, AK, and AL were arrested as “the case for the Southern Sea Strategy and Strategy” and were charged with the investigation, and around July 1968, Z, AAB, AB, AC, AE, AF, and AH were arrested as “the case for the South Sea Planning”.
(2) As to the Z, AA, AC, and AE (hereinafter “instant Defendants”), a sentence became final and conclusive upon conviction of the Defendants as described below.
The first instance court (Seoul Criminal Court Decision 68Da26652, 29827 delivered on Nov. 18, 1969), the appellate court (Seoul High Court Decision 69No133 delivered on May 27, 1969) (Supreme Court Decision 69Do1059 delivered on Sept. 23, 1969), the appellate court (Seoul High Court Decision 69Do1059 delivered on Sept. 23, 1969) dismissed a judgment dismissing a judgment dismissing a death penalty for life for AC life for suspension of qualifications for ten years, suspension of qualifications for ten years, suspension of qualifications for ten years, suspension of qualifications for seven years (3), was released on Nov. 4, 1969 from the Seodaemun-type Unauthorized District Court on Aug. 15, 198; and AC was released on Sept. 19, 197.
B. On July 30, 2009, the Korean History Settlement Commission conducted an investigation into the case of the South-North Sea Strategy Committee for the settlement of the truth, and conducted a truth-finding on April 8, 2009, with the name of "the South-North Sea Strategy Committee case" attached to the name of "the South-North Sea Disaster Prevention and Strategy Case" during the investigation process by arresting 13 persons including Z around July 30, 1968. As a result of the investigation, the Korean Information Board received false confession through illegal confinement of Z, etc. for a period of time between 3 to 53 days by holding the above Z, and it was confirmed that the Korean Information Board fabricated the anti-government organization as "the South-North Sea Disaster Prevention and Strategy Committee" and fabricated the facts that it joined and joined the investigation process.
(c) the final judgment (1) has become final and conclusive.
