However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 3, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant took a bath at the “D” restaurant located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and was urged by the police officer F belonging to the Seoul Northern Police Station E District Police Station, who was called upon upon receipt of a report, to “I am at the same time as I am at the same time.” The Defendant expressed to the said police officer that “I am at the same time I am at the same time” and expressed to the said police officer that “I am at the same time, I am at the left end of I am at one time,” and again interfere with the police officer’s lawful performance of duties concerning the maintenance of public order.

Basic area of obstruction of performance of official duties: The sentencing range of Article 62-2(1) and the main sentence of Article 62-2(2) of the Criminal Act and Article 59 of the Act on Probation, Etc. shall be limited to the punishment of imprisonment with prison labor in consideration of the fact that the defendant was at the time of a police officer’s breacing of his/her performance of official duties in the form of uniform, etc.; however, in consideration of the fact that the damaged police officer is seeking the defendant’s wife, and the defendant appears to have an attitude against the defendant, the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor shall be chosen within the scope of the recommended sentence and the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
