Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a Dona-si.
On November 29, 2014, at around 17:55, the Defendant: (a) driven the above taxi, and driving the four-lane road in front of the F Hospital located in Gwangju Nam-gu into the slope of the 119 Safety Center located in Nam-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant, as a person engaging in driving service, neglected his duty of care to safely drive the front door and left door and left door, and prevent the accident in advance; (b) neglected his/her duty of care to prevent the accident; and (c) caused the victim G (56 years of age) who opened the said road from the right side of the said taxi to the left side of the land by shocking the victim G (56 years of age) who opened the said road from the front part of the said taxi, on November 30, 2014. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25790, Oct. 30, 2014>
