The Defendant access the Internet portal site car page, SNS, and high-class external vehicles to those who hold the Internet portal site, and the Defendant is able to use the vehicle in addition to the lease and the installment of the vehicle, and pay the additional cost.

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant sent JMW 640d vehicles to H located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was designated by D, a book for distribution of large-sized vehicles at around 16:00 on April 7, 2017, and arranged for a commercial lease in the form of a personal siren, such as receiving KRW 4 million in cash on the condition that they are used for one month.
