Litigation Costs shall be borne by the Defendants.

On November 10, 2016, the Plaintiff claimed that D and E have a loan claim of KRW 520,000,000, and filed an order for payment with Sungwon District Court Branch Branch 2016 teaM9339 to pay D and E amounting to KRW 520,00,000,00, and the delayed payment was paid to D amounting to the Plaintiff jointly and severally, and D did not file an objection to the above payment order, and D amounting to D amounting to the above payment order became final and conclusive around that time.

E filed an objection to the above payment order and continued to file a lawsuit with Suwon District Court 2016Gahap208071. On September 26, 2017, the above court rendered a judgment that “E shall pay to the Plaintiff 300,000,000 won and the amount equivalent to 12% per annum from July 10, 2015 to June 13, 2017, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant is referred to as "the registration of ownership transfer in the above name of the defendant."
