A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

While running a dan, the Defendant prepared a false lease contract with the help of C who worked in B and a dan dynasium where it is difficult to procure living expenses due to a game dynasium, and had the borrower receive a loan from the lending company.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On December 10, 2010, the Defendant entered into a real estate lease contract with E, the wife of the above B, even though he/she had not entered into a lease contract with E, the Defendant: (a) entered into a real estate lease contract with E, the wife of the above B; and (b) entered into a real estate lease contract with E, the location of the real estate in which he/she had sought from nearby real estate, into the “site” into the “Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F; (c) the “security deposit” into the “contract deposit”; and (d) the “ma” into the “san-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City” on September 10, 2009; and (e) entered the “E” on the “resident registration number”; and (e) entered the “H’s contact address” on the “C” column, and then made a prior preparation and seal on the E’s rights and duties under the name of E, the title of E, the title of E, after signing the contract with E.

B. The fact that the defendant continued to engage in the above other type of real estate lease contract at the above date, time, and place is not more than five million won, but the defendant prepared a false lease contract by leaving it off and obtaining a loan as security, and the above B agrees to obtain a loan as security, and the above B agrees to "Guri-si I", "site", "refinite concrete building", "refinite", "refinite" in the column of security deposit, "l million won" in the monthly rent column, and "matters of special agreement"
