1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates air defense and illegal use and Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use an automobile registration number plate;
Nevertheless, around May 2012, the Defendant removed the C registration number plate attached to the Gu-type Obaba, which had been held before the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising, at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and attached the new Non-Purchase CITI100 Oba, and used the air hoba registration number plate unlawfully.
2. At around 18:00 on April 22, 2014, the Defendant driven a unregistered CITI100 Oba, attached with C registration number plate, such as paragraph (1), on the roads front of the Geum River Construction Site in front of the Geum River Construction Site located in 151, Sejong-do, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and driven a unregistered CITI100 baba, attached with C registration number plate, such as paragraph (1), around May 6, 2014 at the expense of the designated local government granted by Chungcheongnam-gun, 75 on May 6, 2014. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25213, Apr. 18, 2014>
In this respect, the defendant exercised the air defense that was illegally used twice.
3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;
A. On April 22, 2014, the Defendant driven a non-registered CITI100 Oba in the state of under the influence of 0.146% of alcohol without a motorcycle driver’s license on the section of approximately 800 meters from the road before the 18:00 Sung-do, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Haak-gun, to the road before the 151 Eup king-ro 151 of the same Eup.
B. On May 6, 2014, around 14:28, the Defendant driven a non-registered CIT 100 Oralb in the state of under the influence of 0.101% of blood alcohol concentration without a motorcycle driver’s license on a section of approximately 300 meters from the road in front of the Japanese massage place in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, to the road front of the 75th place in front of the Central Embsium meeting.
4. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be registered CITI100 Oba.
