The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and there is no violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

On the other hand, the argument that the defendant's act constitutes self-defense among the grounds of appeal is not legitimate grounds of appeal, as it is alleged in the ground of appeal that the defendant did not consider it as the grounds of appeal, or that the court below did not consider it

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
