1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff concluded a fire damage insurance contract with C (hereinafter “C”) with the insured C, the insurance period from April 9, 2018 to April 16, 2019; and the insurance amount of KRW 6,546,00,000 with the insurance amount of KRW 6,546,00,00 with respect to the building of the ground-based D (hereinafter “instant factory”) and the equipment and fixtures in the factory.
B. On July 23, 2018, C sold to the Defendant the content in the instant factory (hereinafter referred to as “the content in this case”) at KRW 70 million (excluding value-added tax), and the employees belonging to the Defendant dismantled and transported the content in the instant factory on July 27, 2018, around 16:15.
C.
