1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,88,785 as well as the annual interest rate from December 17, 2004 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On December 5, 2000, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 30 million to Defendant A at a rate of 22% per annum. Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation, so the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above loan obligation to the Plaintiff.
