2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff served as an Inspector on April 29, 198 and promoted to the Superintendent on November 7, 2008, and served as the head of the livelihood safety division in B police station from October 8, 2012 to February 9, 2014.

B. On May 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) held a disciplinary committee to the effect that the Plaintiff would offer money and valuables to C on several occasions, such as ① daily safety of the B police station promoted from a regular personnel in January 9, 2014 to B police officers; and (b) that C would have received gift certificates in an amount equivalent to KRW 500,00 (hereinafter “Disciplinary Reason 1”); (b) the B police station affiliated with B police station, which was promoted from a regular personnel reduction on January 9, 2014, demanded C to offer money and valuables to B police officers within 00,000 won on several occasions (hereinafter “Disciplinary Reason 2”); and (c) that C police stations affiliated with B police stations would have to request C police stations to offer money and valuables to B, such as food and clothing, and that C police stations affiliated with B police stations would have to request C to offer money and valuables within 10,000 won on five occasions, including “the maximum number of food and clothing,” and that C police stations affiliated with B police stations affiliated with B police stations.

(hereinafter “Disciplinary Reason No. 4”) decided on three months of suspension from office and 500,000 won of disciplinary surcharge against the Plaintiff due to the disciplinary cause.

On June 5, 2014, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff.

C. The plaintiff is the Ministry of Security and Public Administration.
