2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. As shown in A’s Report (21st C C) (1) as shown in A’s Report, the children of P, G, and H (19th, respectively) are F, G, and H(19th, respectively). H’s children are I and J (20th, respectively), and children of J are K and C (21th, respectively), and C’s children are L and M, N (22th, respectively), L’s children are O, P (23th, and M’s children are Q23th).

(N appears to have been lost). (2) The children of N are R, S, and T (No. 24) and the children of P are U, V (No. 24), and Q have no friendly child, and Q adopted T which is an son of P.

On the other hand, the children of T are W and X(25, respectively), which was adopted by X to S with no son, and W were adopted to Y, Z(26, respectively), which was adopted to X with no son, and X obtained AA(26) after adoption of Z.

B. On October 11, 1993, the composition of the Plaintiff clan and the enactment of its articles of incorporation (1) made it clear that AB, among the descendants of C, would be equipped with the system of the organization of the clan with the descendants of 21st century as members of the clan. On March 9, 1996, a general assembly was held and the articles of incorporation was enacted under the name of "AC clan (hereinafter "AC clan"), which was made by Jung Jung-si on March 9, 1996, and the registration number for the registration of real estate (15124-3153012) was granted by the competent administrative agency on June 1996 pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Procedures for Granting Registration Numbers for Real Estate Registration for Corporate Foundation and Foreigners, which was not a juristic person.

(2) After that, the inaugural general meeting was held on July 24, 2005 with the name of the plaintiff clan (the name of the plaintiff clan was changed to that of the plaintiff clan) while the 22 members of the plaintiff clan, including AD, were present on July 24, 2005, and the above general meeting was elected as the representative of the plaintiff clan and was enacted by the articles of incorporation.
