1. The Defendant’s KRW 147,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 27, 2016 to June 22, 2017.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Some of the dismissed parts of the plaintiff sought consolation money of KRW 30 million, but the mental suffering caused by a property damage is a property damage compensation, barring any special circumstance to deem that the compensation for the property damage is serious to the extent that it cannot be compensated by itself (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 96Da38971, Jul. 10, 1998). Therefore, the part of the plaintiff's claim for consolation money is without merit.
