1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall receive KRW 111,424,246 from the Plaintiff and at the same time, set forth in paragraph 1 of the attached Table.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a housing reconstruction and improvement project association under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) which obtained an authorization for the establishment of a partnership from the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City in order to implement a reconstruction improvement project of the size of 33,359.80 square meters for the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D.

The defendants own each real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached Table 1 and 2 of the real estate list in the improvement zone for the plaintiff's reconstruction project (hereinafter "real estate of this case").

B. Authorization for project implementation and the first sale Plaintiff was granted authorization for project implementation on March 14, 2008 by the high-sea market (the second sale E).

After that, on June 28, 2010, the Plaintiff publicly announced the period of application for parcelling-out to its members for parcelling-out (hereinafter referred to as "first parcelling-out") from July 1, 2010 to August 9, 2010, and extended the period of application for parcelling-out on August 10, 2010 to August 29, 2010. The Defendants were the members of the Plaintiff, but did not apply for parcelling-out during the period of the first and second applications for parcelling-out.

On May 10, 2018, the Plaintiff obtained the approval of the management and disposal plan from the Goyang market, and on May 15, 2018, the said approval was publicly notified (G).
