유해화학물질관리법위반(환각물질흡입)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall take in or inhale hallucinogenic substances which cause smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia.
Nevertheless, at around 23:50 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant injected the “Patch”, an industrial key to luene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, into a sinyl chloride, in which the Defendant was placed in a sinyl chloride, in a sinyllog, and inhales it by inserting the cin and with the nose at the entrance of the sealed paper.
