A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A is a person who has been in charge of material management, etc. in plastic manufacturers E in the operation of the victim D from June 2003 to July 16, 2013, and Defendant B is the representative of F Co., Ltd.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant: (a) stolen plastic raw materials using the gap of the president G, who is the birth of the thief victim; and (b) stolen them.

On February 2, 2013, the Defendant called to the effect that he would sell plastics to the above E at the E factory located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and then, the Defendant, who was aware of such circumstances, lost the amount of KRW 3.6 million at the market price of plastic raw materials owned by the victim when he loaded the truck.

B. The Defendant, who is a fluor, had the head of the night working group I, expressed that “the monthly salary level of the company is small, so doing, would be different from what would be.” In doing so, the Defendant, who is also a fluor, was sculed with the intent to steals plastic raw materials together with the thefter.

In addition, from around that time to June 4, 2013, the Defendant, together with I, stolen the total amount of KRW 26 million of the market price of plastic raw materials owned by the victim five times in the above E plant, as shown in attached crime sight table (1).

2. Defendant B, unlike the initial promise, was aware of the fact that he stolen plastic raw materials that he stolen from the above A for committing the crime set forth in paragraph (a) of the same Article due to various circumstances, such as refusing to issue a tax invoice and demanding cash, unlike the initial promise.
