However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2017. 6. 21. 18:55 경 부산 사상구 D 맨션 동 호에 있는 피해자의 집에서 당일 낮에 피해자가 피의자와 전화 통화를 하던 중 전화를 끊어 버린 것으로 오해하고 피해자를 폭행하던 중 피해자가 112 신고를 하였다는 이유로 화가 나, 피해자를 다용도 실로 머리채를 잡고 끌고 가 ‘ 같이 죽자’ 고 말하며 위험한 물건인 프라이팬을 들고 가스 계량기를 내리치고, 가스레인지 불을 켰으며, 창문을 열어 환기를 시키려는 피해자를 붙잡아 환기시키지 못하게 한 후, 피해자의 머리에 흰 비닐봉지를 씌웠다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. Around July 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) caused damage to special property on the ground that the victim did not open doors in front of the said last session; (b) caused a hack pipe (around 1m in length, approximately 2cm in diameter) being kept in a warehouse after the said last session; and (c) caused a damage to the front glass of the instant vehicle, which was installed in the front of the last screen, twice the front glass of the instant vehicle owned by the victim, so that the repair cost amounting to KRW 120,000.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

On October 3, 2016, at around 20:30 on October 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to pay for the Defendant’s hospital at the victim’s house as stated in paragraph (1) of 20:30; (b) however, on the ground that the victim would have to ignore and work, the Defendant took a bath theory, such as “Chos and fris are important, but Ih of the same year,” “Ih of the same year, Ih of the same year,” and assaulted the victim by continuously gathering the body frame, which is a dangerous object in his/her ward, with his/her hand.
