On February 22, 2011, at around 17:00, the Defendant found it necessary to find money at a D Hospital located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, where the victim B (the age of 58, women) is hospitalized, and provided money to the close-down relationship without giving money by putting his/her bath, highness, etc.

As such, the Defendant got 50,000 won in cash from the victim’s pelpels adjacent to the hospital by threatening the victim.
