1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,700,000 as well as 5% per annum from January 1, 2016 to February 16, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On March 2006, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant for the payment of the unpaid rent of KRW 27,700,000 for the part of the leased building located in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (rent 19,700,000 for the entrusted management of the store) and the damages for delay for the payment of the unpaid rent of KRW 27,70,00 for the part of the leased building located in the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
