On May 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to embezzlement by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on May 23, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Young prison on November 20, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. On April 7, 2019, at around 23:39, the Defendant received 112 report from the apartment entrance in front of the apartment entrance under paragraph (1) of the same Article, stating that “the help has changed,” and the police officer belonging to the Gyeonggi Macheon Police Station, who operated on the spot, controlled the Defendant to go to the above E, the Defendant was able to check the face of the above G on several occasions, and the above G blus and drinking blus and drinking blus, followed up two times due to the defect that the Defendant attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and was able to take the Defendant in front of the said G’s face, and was able to take the blus of the above H’s face by leaving the Defendant in front of the apartment entrance.
