1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Details of the disposition
The Plaintiffs, as a juristic person established for the purpose of general trucking transport business, etc., and the Plaintiff Han Corer Transport Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Han Corer Transport”) is the business permission authority for each truck listed in the table Nos. 1, 2, and 3 attached Table 1, and the Plaintiff Han Han Corer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Han Corer”) is the business permission authority for each truck listed in the table Nos. 4, 5, and 6 attached Table
A (hereinafter referred to as “A”) operated a stock company A (hereinafter referred to as “A”) created illegally a general cargo model license plate, eating it with the intention of selling it, and around March 6, 2009, a false sales contract was made as if he purchased two special-use tank lorries, even though he did not purchase a special-use tank lorries.
B received a total of 176 special-use truck from a public official in charge of the foregoing special-use truck, which has conspireded to commit the above crime, and registered the change after borrowing a total of 176 general-use truck number plate from 176 general-use truck number plate, which was increased by using a notice of repair of the forged trucking transport business permission (vehicle scrapping).

After having taken over four of the number plates of general trucks illegally produced from A, the Han D, E and F changed them to C, D, E and F, and the defendant accepted them.
Plaintiff
Haner Transport also acquired two of the number plates of general cargo vehicles illegally born from A, and registered the change to G and H, and around June 1, 2012, the above F number plates were taken over from Plaintiff Haner and registered as I.
(hereinafter referred to as the “each of the instant truck”). The Defendant, in the course of a lawsuit relating to the disposition to suspend the operation of the instant truck and the lawsuit related thereto, shall (i) the Plaintiffs on July 13, 2015, except for I among the instant truck.
