The part against Defendant B, C, D, E, and F in the Plaintiff’s claim of the instant complaint shall be dismissed.
Reasons
As to the instant complaint, Defendant B, D, E, and F’s address is to be corrected to the Plaintiff, and as to the Defendant C, the Plaintiff ordered the correction of the indication of the party as an inheritor, but the Plaintiff failed to comply with the order within the period prescribed by the above order. Thus, it is ordered as ordered in accordance with Articles 255(2) and 254(2) of the Civil Procedure Act.
